Is a deposit required to reserve a party?

Yes. Once a party is officially confirmed, a 50% deposit will be sent via email. This holds the date, time, location, and princess of your choice. The deposit will need to be paid after 7 business days of receiving the invoice or the party confirmation will be released.

Is it possible to reschedule a party/event?

Yes, we understand that life happens! Though the 50% deposit is nonrefundable, it can be applied to a future party with the same package on a different date.

Can I book a princess party package for tomorrow?

Unfortunately not. The latest we can book a party is 4 business days in advance. ​If your event or party is less than 4 business days away please email us immediately and we can see if there is any magic to make it happen!

What location do you travel to?

We are based in Greenwich, Connecticut so can travel to Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Travel fees may apply.
